Last day on earth ?

I got up as if it is last day on earth. Everything was planned in minutes brushing,shaving etc. When I left home it was 7.03 am ...bus comes at 7.05 am. When I came out I see people doing their morning walk as if still they million years... I said " Yes it not last day on earth, get up 5 minutes early !".

TZP-DVD

I bought the DVD yesterday. It has 3 disk one contains the background score,it is beautiful. You also get the paintings,pencil ,book and the scrap book. All comes in a neat painting.

Completing my journey

Few weeks back I took journey of my life, I went in my new black Alto on a journey covering 1505 KMs covering costal Karanataka. It was adventurous, fun and boring at times. Today I could some pictures and most importantly my learnings from the expedition ..

Few thoughts I captured during my journey ..!
* Main purpose of life is to find “The purpose of life”
* Journey of life is beautiful as long as your focus is not the destination
* Reaching the destination safe is important but it is not the only thing
* Just don’t over take for the sake of overtaking, unless you want to go ahead
* When you are overtaking don’t look at the person whom you are overtaking, have your view in the front, to go ahead
* Everyone wants to travel
* On a long journey, just prepare for your next stop.
* Start your journey with full tank (of petrol)
* When you want to stop, STOP
* Trust yourself, if you can not… trust your car
* If you are afraid of loneliness, don’t start your journey alone!
* You are never alone in any journey; you will always have your thoughts with you.
* Best way to enjoy a journey when you are alone is to have cell-phone with GPRS
* Don’t worry about raising fuel price; they are never going to come down.
* If you don’t write well, take a good camera!
* At one point you should complete your journey, so that you can take the next one
* There in nothing like “The purpose of life”, you create one

Another journey ...day 2

I was in big dilemma about posting,since I have not yet completed
updating details of the first journey .. but there was no way I could
stop since the journy has already begun ... a journy which Life takes
you through ... Yes it about my new job. I joined here yesterday , now
almost 36 hours... it was like back to the Big b____ (beautiful?)
corporate world.
Let me tell you the day one story ... better you hear it from my
friend Srinivas.
Me : hey how was it ?
Srinivas : My frind is on the call he is also asking the same question..
Srinivas : hello..can you hear me ?.. Good ..I came 30 min early ,
repoting tine was 9.00. Waited in the reception then we all went to
one Training hall. Two HR guys came. One lady slightly less weight
tgan what you call obese and young (looked like ) malnaruished guy.
Started our induction in dull voice. First thing was introductions ..
we had to introduce the person next to us. It was as Boring as self
introductions. People claped for first few and lost interest. There
were around 40-50 people joined today out of which 12-15 were ladies
, only one worth looking at twice. As the first one was not enougg
two more female HRs joined ,one had slight hint of cuteness, may be
she was good looking when she joined not when I was joining. The one
HR started one boring presentation said something like we have grown
more than 30% from last 5years... Looking at her I had no doubts they
have grown in size along with the company. I quickly made a resolution
to go for Jog fron tomm. Then to my rescue there was a Tea and pee
break. I wanted go out and have coffee in Coffee Day near by..I found
out that I was not carrying my wallet. I had no money for lunch
also,forgey coffee .. Again post tea session started ..some video etc
In the lunch break one new friend sponsored my lunch. Second half was
bad we had get all our documents verified and to many
instructiins,action items,bank account openings,department
allocation,group photo etc. AND NO TEA
After that I went and meet my team , had quick chat and returned home..
me: waw... thanks for sharing in detail...
Day 2
Almost same as day one in experience (boring,lonely)but no HR threat !
Team is good ..the domain is new..Started with empty Canvas. Beginning
of a new journey !
