Day Two !


Raghav : so how's day 2?
Rahul : Not bad .. :-)... I think lot of things depend on us...for example ... Yesterday not everyone was following instructions ... They did not had all the documents etc. There is lack of 'Professional' attitude.
Raghav : Have you read the book by Bagachi's "The Professional " book ? It talks about the same thing.
Rahul: I think it is our responsibility as employe and/or employer. ...to manage the culture and nurture talent.
