Missed my cute niece’s birthday … again at work messed-up the report and back to square one … I’m not confronting the work… trying to escape … but escape from what ?... escape into what ? .. that is the question …. One part says … ok .. go on … other says .. You are what you say you are …. Suddenly getting that techniques are not working of creating and being the possibility … integrity … context …. Who am I ? … outside you can not see anything …. Inside there are infinite thoughts…. I know past is illusion … future is not known… only real thing is NOW. Is knowing makes any difference?
